Discover

Camping or Middleclass Hotels on Safari and Beach Bungalows on Zanzibar.
The package tour starts in Arusha and ends in Zanzibar.
Day 1 ARRIVAL
You will be met at the airport by our representative. We will take
you to your hotel in Arusha for a free day, with your Safari starting
tomorrow.
Day 2
Your safari starts with the drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Your Driver/Guide
will make several stops along the way at various places of interest,
including a stop at the edge of the escarpment overlooking Lake
Manyara. After arrival in Ngorongoro you will head into the crater
for a game drive at the bottom. Overnight in Ngorongoro.
Day 3
A wonderful full day game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the
Ngorongoro Crater. As very few animals migrate in and out of the
crater with its 2000 foot high walls, you can expect to see lions,
elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, hippos, flamingos, jackals,
rhinos, antelopes and many birds and other species. Your Driver/Guide
will be in contact with other safari drivers and will amaze you
with his skill at locating the hidden animals. Overnight in Ngorongoro.
Day 4
After breakfast, you start on your way to Serengeti National Park.
A picnic lunch will be provided. On the way you will stop at the
Olduvai Gorge where anthropologists Louis and Mary Leakey made many
significant discoveries, contributing to the theory that human life
originated in Africa. After stopping for your picnic lunch on a
kopje (rock outcropping) in Serengeti you will continue further
into the park and go on a game drive. Overnight in Serengeti.
Day 5
A full day of game drives around Serengeti. Depending on the time
of year and the migration of the herds you can expect to see wildebeest,
lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos,
antelopes and many birds and other species. As in Ngorongoro your
Driver/Guide will be in contact with other safari drivers and will
amaze you with his skill at locating the hidden animals. Overnight
in Serengeti.
Day 6
Another full day of game drives. Your Driver/Guide, having consulted
overnight with the other Driver/Guides will head out in whatever
direction will bring you to animals you haven't yet seen. Overnight
in Serengeti.
Day 7
One final morning game drive before leaving. In
the afternoon we will reach Arusha, were we overnight.
Day 8
Early departure to your flight to Zanzibar. On the way to the Menai
Bay Beach Bungalows we will do the Spice Tour. We have developed
a special Spice Tour with in depth information not only about spices,
but also organically grown herbs and a detailed description about
their traditional uses in medicine cosmetics and cooking. After
the tour we invite for an opulent lunch, where you can taste the
spices and fruits. Overnight in the Menai Bay Beach Bungalows, your
home for the next five days.
Day 9-13
Relax and enjoy the tranquility and peace of the environment of
the Menai Bay or explore the island. See activities on this website.
Day 14
departure to airport.
